Majid Abdelilah 50337a8874 Add utility endpoints and tests to MultiApi 
Add numerous helper endpoints (uuid, base64 encode/decode, MD5/SHA256,
URL encode/decode, JSON formatting, case conversions, markdown-to-HTML,
slugify, lorem ipsum, HTML-to-text, headers echo) and comprehensive
unit tests. Update get_geoip to derive client IP from request headers
or remote address. Enable poem "test" feature in Cargo.toml and update
Cargo.lock with futures-io, futures_codec and sse-codec. Fix publish
script to accept file path as an argument.
